Health coaching
With over 30 years of nursing experience, I’ve supported patients through every stage of care, from emergency rooms to hospice—while specializing in ER, CCU, OR, triage, IV administration, disease management, and patient education. I’ve also led health and wellness coaching programs and served on committees like Infection Control to ensure up-to-date, evidence-based care.
My career spans large metropolitan hospitals in NYC and NJ, where I developed a deeply personal approach to care that I now bring to rural communities. I’m especially passionate about bridging healthcare gaps in underserved areas and believe every patient deserves honest, individualized, and empowering support.
